TOLP Consulting prides itself on providing its clients with real life solutions to the problems they face today and then helping them to implement these recommended solutions.  Although very diverse markets, we have worked extensively with many major organisations, using tried and tested methods to equip them with the right tools to help maximise their business potential and improve their operational performance. 

We specialise in working with retailers and retail property owners to help them realise their true store or mall operational potential.  We do this by getting them to focus on metrics they may already be using as well as helping them understand how to incorporate information from either their current or planned customer traffic (footfall) counting system.

We also work with business-to-business (B2B) companies that need help in developing their marketing and sales strategies to better position and differentiate their products and services but who may not want to employ a full time marketing resource or just want to get a different perspective of the market.  This helps to give them a clear vision and to maximise their efforts on developing the markets that are most lucrative to them.

TOLP Consulting does not subscribe to offering clients set models or 'out of the box' solutions.  Each client is unique and as such its business issues are specific to its own particular circumstances.  We work closely with you to understand your issues and listen to all the facts before even beginning to offer advice or recommendations.

By listening to your business issues and understanding your needs we tailor our solutions to fit your circumstances.  In fact, following our initial discussions, if we feel there is no fit between your needs and our ability to help you, we guarantee to tell you up front and agree to walk away.  This philosophy saves wasted time and is ultimately better for both of us in the long run.

  • RPS who engaged TOLP to provide customer counting expertise on a project where they were helping one of their retail clients improve their store performance.
  • De Montfort University (computing department) in conjunction with Spark Ventures (the leading quoted early stage venture capital company in Europe). They engaged TOLP to develop and write a business plan for the testing and potential launch of a new customer behaviour modelling software application for large venues.
